Please take a few minutes to review our return policy. It contains important information in the event you wish to initiate a return. If you would like to return all (or part) of your order, please ensure your return meets the return policy guidelines as stated below.

• All items must be returned in new and unused condition.

• All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.  For faster processing of your return, please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return.

• All items must be returned to us at your own expense. We recommend that you use a carrier such as USPS that provides a tracking number and insurance as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We must receive your return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Once we have received and approved your return (allow up to 5 business days after receipt of your return), we will issue a credit back to the original payment method. The credit will be for the amount of the item(s) less any gift options, promotional discounts and/or coupon codes and the original shipping charge. If you received an item as a gift and would like to exchange it for something else, you may request an electronic gift certificate instead of a refund. We will e-mail you a gift certificate that you can use to place a new order once we receive the return item.

If you ordered an item that came with a “Free Item with Purchase”, the unopened/unused item must also be returned (or the current cost of the item will be deducted from the refund amount).
SkiResortGifts.com does not price match. You may return unopened items to us by following the steps outlined above.
