There is no refund or exchange on engraved items, only replacement on damaged merchandise.

We are dedicated to offer quality products at reasonable prices. We do not sell used or refurbished items. If you feel the item is defective the day you received it, email us. We will send you a prepaid postage label to send back the item to us for replacement with the exact engraving on the new item.
